It was named Byodoji (Equality Temple) based on the Great Master's vow to 'equally heal the mental and physical illnesses of all people.' The prayers will be given to the puja at Beidoji Temple and will be given in pairs. 
Those who have actually visited the shrine must give one to the main statue and bring the other as a talisman. 
If you are awarded online, please keep the coins in good condition until you visit Beidoji Temple someday, and pray with Anjali using the coupon attached to the coin.

Secret Letters" allows you to send letters to the Buddhas at Byodoji Temple without anyone knowing and without leaving any data. It is an exchange of hearts and minds between you and the Buddha alone. This is a mysterious and wondrous service of heart-to-heart communication, where no data is left anywhere, but the letters are received by the Buddhas.

It includes details such as the memorial service you applied for, the date and time when the reading began, the date and time when the reading ended, and the scheduled end date and time. At Byodo-in Temple's continuous prayers, days without a memorial service are not counted towards this period; thus, it extends accordingly. Please refer to "scheduled end date and time" for the actual ending day. Features to extend or cancel a prayer partway through will be implemented at a later date.
